Buying printing equipment outright isn’t always the best option
For many businesses, investing in printers or photocopiers upfront can be a significant expense.
Budgets are stretched, technology moves quickly and equipment can become outdated sooner than expected.
The challenge isn’t just getting a printer – it’s getting the right setup, at the right cost for your business.
What does a photocopier or printer lease cost?
The cost of printer leasing depends on the type of machine you need and the length of your lease. We always aim to find a machine that fits with your budget and has the essential functions you need.
Our lease prices start at just £25 a month, so we’re confident that there will be a great machine available to you.

Frequently Asked Questions
What brands do you supply?
We supply a range of leading manufacturers including Epson, Olivetti and Konica Minolta, selecting the most appropriate equipment for your business.
How much does photocopier or printer leasing cost?
The cost will depend on the printer or photocopier you choose to lease. We discuss your specific requirements to find suitable equipment, offering deals for various business sizes and budgets.
What happens when a lease ends?
Once the leasing period is over the equipment is usually returned back to us. However at Copy Print Services we can upgrade this equipment and agree another lease, or we can give you the option to purchase the equipment at a discounted price.
Are there tax benefits to leasing?
Yes. For many businesses, photocopier and printer lease payments can be treated as a business expense and deducted when calculating taxable profits.
Buying equipment outright can also offer tax advantages through capital allowances, so the best option will depend on your business and circumstances. Your accountant can advise which approach is most tax-efficient for you.
Does leasing include maintenance and consumables?
The lease itself covers the equipment and does not include maintenance or consumables. However, with our Managed Print Service, servicing, maintenance, replacement parts and toner are all included.
