How long have you worked with Copy Print?
The school was using Copy Print well before I arrived – some 16 years ago. We were always getting approached by other companies, but I always said, we will never move.
I like Copy Print because they’re offering a personal service. It feels like a family business, just down the road. They’re like-minded, I know them personally, and we can ring up and there’ll be someone here right away. We’ve never been let down.
What service do you have?
We have a fully managed print service contract and what I love about that all-inclusive service is the relationship I have with John. If there was ever a problem, I know I could ring him.
They don’t change the people in charge of your account, it just feels straightforward and like you are being very well taken care of.
What’s the best thing about working with Copy Print?
The service engineers…
They are always here quickly when we need them. If we call, they’re here within 2 hours and they don’t leave until it’s fixed.
We’ve never felt like our machine is clunky, we renew our contract every three years and it meets our needs. We’ve never needed to change.
What do you look for in a printer provider?
What we need as a school is the confidence that the machine is trustworthy, in good condition, well maintained, fast enough, secure enough, and that we are able to have settings that we need rather than being dictated to by the machine.
We accept that everything breaks down sometimes, but we know that with Copy Print, it’ll be working again by tomorrow!
Would you recommend Copy Print?
I would really recommend Copy Print Services wholeheartedly.
The costs are good. When we get a new quote, 9 times out of 10 the copy costs have actually gone down, due to technology efficiencies, and that tells you what you need to know about Copy Print. The fact that they pass the savings onto us is superb.
