Background

Client overview

Brandwood School is a large primary school, housed in a big Victorian building in Bolton.

Machines are placed in the main office, the head teacher’s office, one of the deputies’ offices, and they have satellite devices on each floor for teachers to print to.

Before working with us, Brandwood had a print supplier based in the north-east which meant that when things broke down, call-outs could take days, rather than hours.

Brandwood’s business manager contacted us directly, after being recommended by one of our existing clients.

What we did

The Solution

With every new client, we always start with a print audit. So we went into the school and looked at what they were producing and how.

We measured against what Brandwood had been paying under its old agreement, and our audit revealed real savings.

The Outcome

Brandwood were really happy with the savings we offered, and the much improved support service.

The school has just gone through its first contract refresh with us, having upgraded all their equipment and renewed their lease.
