Lavender Hotels came to us with a printer fleet that was a bit of a mixed bag – nothing matched across the estate and it wasn’t really fit for purpose. They were also looking for a more reliable supply of consumables and a review of their pricing.
What we did
We helped them for a couple of years while they saw out their existing print contract, making sure they were able to manage their printing in the meantime.
- Once each hotel came off their previous contract, we were able to build a single, consistent fleet across the group.

Fast forward 12 years or so and our relationship has moved well beyond our original fix.
As Lavender Hotels’ own business has changed through the acquisition and sale of hotels within the group, we’ve been able to adapt and reconfigure machine setup between sites and provide contracts to match.
The print estate has been refreshed with us several times since the original engagement, and we continue to enjoy a great long-term relationship with them.
