Overview
School printing needs
Walton-le-Dale High School runs ten devices across its site.
Most departments – including the tech block, drama, maths, the staff room, and the science prep room – have their own multifunction device, alongside a dedicated print room with a couple of higher-volume machines for exam papers and large print runs.
What we provide
The school have gone through two cycles of equipment with us so far, upgrading to better machines to handle the daily use across a busy school site.
They also use PaperCut with print release which means that staff can send a job to print from anywhere and then release it at whichever machine is nearest to them. They use the print room to handle larger print runs like exam papers for example.

Ongoing maintenance and support
Schools run to a rhythm that’s different from most workplaces, and we work around it: every summer, while pupils are away, we go in and give the whole fleet a full service. During term time, we respond to breakdowns as they come up, so machines don’t sit out of action while lessons and coursework are happening around them.
This is what they had to say
Dealing with Copy Print Services has been a pleasure for over 10 years now, no issue is too small for them to deal with. Any issues that do occur are dealt with in a timely manner by professional, well-presented staff.
