Shipping Policy

All orders are processed the same business day if orders are received before 2 pm (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your email confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Orders may be delayed if there are postal disruptions which are out of our control. Please contact us if you have not received your order after 7 business days.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery is free with all orders over £99. 

International Shipping

We currently don’t offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use this to track the status of your order.

** Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O Boxes; our carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We can accept returns up to 14 days after delivery; if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full amount, less any shipping charges for the return. Postage cost will be the sender’s responsibility and Copyprint Services do not reimburse the cost of the returns. 

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@copyprintservices.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
